The 2021 Evidence and Implementation Summit was held online March 30 - 31.

Bringing together evidence, implementation, policy, and politics:

Towards a better future for all

The Evidence and Implementation Summit is one of the leading evidence and implementation sector events on the global calendar. The event focuses on the intersection of research, policy and practice. It shares advances in the fields of evidence synthesis and translation, evaluation and implementation science, and debates their impact on policies and programs and their capacity to change the lives of people and communities for the better. In 2021 the Summit was held online, bringing together a wide network of global contributors and registrants regardless of location.

The Evidence and Implementation Summit is an evolution of the Australian Implementation Conference and the Global Evidence and Implementation Summit that was held in 2018. EIS 2021 marks 12 years since the creation of the event series, and it once again delivered the quality and excellence for which it's known. The 2021 Summit was supported by 10 global partners. 21 hours of live presentations and discussion events were programmed each day and 750 delegates from 30 different countries attended. Pre-Summit we ran a webinar series, shared 40 hours of pre-recorded content and ran two workshops and a design hackathon for early career researchers. The Summit experience provided endless opportunity for attendees to engage with cutting edge ideas, learn from experts in the field and interact with peers.
