Professor Ruth Stewart is the Director of the Africa Centre for Evidence situated at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Her work has supported the increasing institutionalisation of evidence use within South African government and she has assembled a global network that aims to build, enhance and strengthen evidence-informed decision-making in Africa and beyond.

Professor John Thwaites is a Professorial Fellow at Monash University and Chair of the Monash Sustainable Development Institute and Climate Works Australia. He was Deputy Premier of Victoria from 1999 until his retirement in 2007. During this time, he held various Ministerial portfolios and was Victoria's first Minister for Climate Change. He was responsible for major reforms in social policy, health, environment and water.

Dr Beidas is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the Founder and Director of the Penn Implementation Science Center at the Leonard Davis Institute (PISCE@LDI). Her work has helped to advance the systematic uptake of evidence-based practices in everyday clinical and service delivery, improving the quality and effectiveness of health and mental health services.

Ruth Levine, PhD, is Chief Executive Officer of IDinsight, a global advisory, data analytics, and research organization. Dr. Levine, a development economist and expert in international development, global health and education, was a policy fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioural Sciences at Stanford University between 2019-2020. Between 2011-2019, she served as the director of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation's Global Development and Population Team.

Dr Jenny Donovan is Inaugural Director of the National Evidence Institute. Previously, she established and led the Centre for Education Statistics and Evaluation (CESE) as Executive Director. Dr Donovan began her career as a high school teacher in Sydney's western suburbs and has since worked in a number of education roles in operational and policy areas, including some years as Deputy Director of a not-for-profit education assessment agency at the University of New South Wales. She was Managing Director of the National Learning Progressions and Online Formative Assessment Initiative, a national priority project for Australian education ministers.

Bruce F. Chorpita, Ph.D. is Professor of Psychology and Professor of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York and held a faculty position with the Department of Psychology at the University of Hawaii from 1997 to 2008. From 2001 to 2003, Dr. Chorpita served as the Clinical Director of the Hawaii Department of Health's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division, where he led a reform initiative that doubled the effect size and cost effectiveness of mental health outcomes for all youth served by the state system.

Mary Dixon-Woods is Director of THIS Institute and is The Health Foundation Professor of Healthcare Improvement Studies in the Department of Public Health and Primary Care at the University of Cambridge. She is a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and the Academy of Medical Sciences, an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of General Practitioners, and a Professorial Fellow at Homerton College, Cambridge. Mary is also an NIHR Senior Investigator.

Sue is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Fellow of Green Templeton College and Deputy Dean of Saïd Business School. She has a BSc in sociology, MSc in sociology with special reference to medicine, MA (Oxon) and a PhD studying the introduction of general management into the NHS. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. Sue conducts research in a range of public and private sector organisations.

Sandy Pitcher commenced as Secretary of Department of Families, Fairness and Housing in February 2021 after being appointed Secretary-designate in December 2020. In July 2020, Sandy was seconded to the public health effort in response to COVID-19 and was leading the case management, contact tracing and outbreak management effort.
